Placing an Order

Upon placing an order with Tyke Town you are deemed to have entered into the terms and conditions as set out in this section. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been processed and an electronic confirmation will be issued. Tyke Town always endeavour to supply the exact products ordered; we check every single product and make sure that it's in a perfect condition when it's packed. Please note some of our photos may contain props; these are not available for purchase.

Shipping and Delivery

We post orders to anywhere in Australia. We use registered Australia Post and we will provide you with your order's tracking number as soon as it is posted. Australia Post is quite economical which allows us to have a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping. Whilst every effort is made and care is taken by Tyke Town and Australia Post to deliver your gift within the designated time frame, this may not always be possible due to delivery delays out of our control. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, nor does it entitle cancellation of your order. It is the customer's responsibility to inform Tyke Town if an order has not arrived. We will then track your order and ensure it is delivered as soon as possible. 

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Tyke Town immediately on 0400 884 170. Once payment for an order is accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Tyke Town. You may incur a 15% cancellation fee to cover us for the finance charges the credit card companies and paypal impose on us at the time of payment. However if the product has already left our premises, we cannot accept any cancellations. 

Returns and Exchange Policy

In the unfortunate event that your gift has been damaged through the delivery process, please call us within 7 days of delivery on 0400 884 170 or email at We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number to be marked on the returned goods, and we'll be more than happy to arrange a replacement product.

Postage and handling fees incurred by you will be refunded and a replacement gift re-delivered as soon as possible. However, our return policy does not apply to product(s) returned that are deemed to have been damaged in a manner other than through transit.
